About
m a r c h i v e architectural design studio is an architectural practice based in Limassol, Cyprus. Established in 2017 by architects Maria Ioannou and Chrysilios Vasileiou, both members of ETEK, the studio works across architecture and interior design at various scales. The studio has delivered a range of projects for private clients in Limassol and Larnaca, driven by a considered and context-responsive design approach.
Philosophy
Our work is rooted in minimal architecture, expressed through simple forms and clear spatial sequences across different scales. Functionality, aesthetics, simplicity, and flow are integral to our design approach. Particular emphasis is placed on the relationship between exterior and interior spaces, ensuring visual continuity and user comfort.
Mission
Our mission is to deliver high-quality, user-focused architectural projects, ensuring excellence throughout all stages of the process, from initial consultation to project completion.
Approach
Each project is approached individually, responding to the specific conditions of the site, program, and budget to achieve the most appropriate design outcome.
Partners
In collaboration with external engineers, we provide integrated services including structural and civil engineering, electromechanical design, and quantity surveying.
